The Ozark powder Checkweigh system is designed for the manual dispensing of powder and liquid materials, using bar code technology. The system can be networked to factory management systems, and full management reporting functions are available through the user-orientated software, to give stock control, job scheduling and label printing facilities. The Checkweigh system integrates fully with all Ozark dispensing systems, and powder dissolving stations can also be supplied by Ozark. In this instance, the weighed material is fed into the required tank, following which the required dissolving procedure is selected from the controller menu. If a bar code reader is used when weighing the materials the procedure will be automatically selected. Downdraft booths to satisfy Health and Safety legislation are also available. MF4
