Ozark Systems has just completed the upgrade of the control software and computer systems on a Bespoke dispensing system on a UK textile manufacturing site. The system is used for dye dispensing to two continuous dye ranges, operating 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The existing mechanical elements of the system have been retained, saving the end user many thousands of pounds. The control hardware and software have been upgraded, due to the lack of reliability and inflexibility of the original system control package. The end user reports that the new package has improved the accuracy of dispensing, as well as allowing simpler and quicker alterations to recipes and formulations and improving the traceability of batches.
